Who the service is for

The service is for adults aged 18 or over who live in the UK. It is not suitable for everyone, and our clinicians decide whether it is safe for you.

Your first consultation

Prescribing

Any prescription is a clinical decision made by one of our doctors. We may decide that treatment is not right for you. If so, we will tell you and suggest other options.

You must give us full and accurate information, and tell us straight away if anything about your health or medicines changes.

How you pay

We charge you at the end of each month for the amount you used that month, at the prices we give you before you start. We will tell you about any change in price at least [30 days] before it applies.

Stopping

There is no minimum term. You can stop at any time by telling us. You will pay only for what you used up to that point. Please speak to us before stopping so we can advise you on doing so safely.

Not an emergency service

If you need urgent medical help, call 999 or NHS 111.
